Cangzhou Hengtai Zeyuan Anti-corrosion Pipeline Co., Ltd., is one of the subsidiaries of Hebei Hengtai Group. Hengtai was established in 1985, originally as Yanshan County Pipe Fitting Manufacturing Plant. After restructuring, it has developed into a large-scale industrial and trade group company integrating pipeline technology research and development, pipeline equipment manufacturing, pipeline anti-corrosion and insulation, precision casting, construction transportation machinery manufacturing, and international trade.
The group company has under its umbrella Hebei Hengtai Pipeline Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Cangzhou Hengtai Zeyuan Anti-corrosion Pipeline Co., Ltd., Cangzhou Hengtai Zeyuan Import and Export Trade Co., Ltd., Hebei Hengtai Pipeline Anti-corrosion and Insulation Co., Ltd., Hebei Hengtai Construction Machinery Precision Casting Co., Ltd., Cangzhou Dilepu Hot-dip Galvanizing Technology Co., Ltd., and Yanshan County Wanlong Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd. The total assets of the group company reach 200 million yuan, with a total of 660 employees, of which engineering technical personnel account for 15% of the total staff. The company covers an area of 200,000 square meters, located in the "pipeline base" of China - Zhenggang Industrial Zone, Yanshan County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. The company is conveniently located near Beijing-Tianjin to the north and Huanghua Port to the east.
The company has 480 sets of main production and testing equipment, with inspection and testing equipment covering various room temperature tests and inspection items from raw materials, standard parts, semi-finished products to finished products. Among the production equipment are advanced domestic automated equipment such as 3500-ton and 2000-ton large and medium-sized hydraulic presses, a 1200-ton thrust medium-frequency induction push machine, large pipe bending machines, large plate rolling machines with a processing thickness of 150mm, welding machines capable of IC and TIC MIC automatic welding, 10 CNC lathes, large heating furnaces, and heat treatment furnaces. The pipeline products manufactured by the company can reach a large diameter of 3620mm and a wall thickness of 160mm, with various tooling molds weighing over 4000 tons.
The company has 6 senior engineers, 10 engineers, 18 assistant engineers, 30 skilled workers, 120 intermediate skilled workers, and 38 non-destructive testing and physical-chemical personnel, possessing good technical design and production capabilities.
