Plastic lined pipe is a common carbon steel pipe as the matrix, lined with excellent chemical stability of thermoplastic engineering plastics, cold-drawn composite or rotoplastic molding, it has the mechanical properties of steel pipes, and engineering plastics corrosion resistance, slow scaling, not easy to grow microorganisms, is the ideal pipeline for conveying acid, alkali, salt, corrosive gas and other media. Lined with polypropylene, it can be used in food, medicine and drinking water industries. Common plastic-lined pipes are: steel-lined polypropylene pipe (GSF.PP), steel-lined polyvinyl chloride pipe (GSF.PVC), steel-lined polyethylene pipe (GSF.PE), steel-lined polyolefin pipe (GSF.PO) steel-lined polytetrafluoron pipe (GSF.F4).

Plastic lined pipe application field:
1. Chemical industry: acid, alkali, salt manufacturing, fertilizer, pesticide, chemical, rubber plastics and other industries to transport corrosive gas, liquid, solid powder process pipe and discharge pipe.
2. Power engineering: process water transport, chemical water, waste slag, fly ash transport.
3. Smelting industry: Transport of corrosive media in metal smelting.
4. Mining industry: ore powder, pulp, slag, tailings discharge, backfill, ventilation, gas extraction and shotcrete, etc.

Use temperature of plastic-lined pipe:
1. The medium operating temperature of steel lined polypropylene tube (GSF.PP) : -20℃ ~ 105℃
2. Steel lined polyvinyl chloride pipe (GSF.PVC) medium operating temperature: -15℃ ~ 65℃
3. Medium working temperature of steel lined polyethylene pipe: -20℃ ~ 80℃
4. Steel lined polyolefin tube (GSF.PO) medium operating temperature: -15℃ ~ 110℃
5. Steel lined polytetrafluoroethylene pipe (GSF.F4) medium operating temperature: -100℃ ~ 250℃
Plastic lined steel pipe is composed of a variety of modified blend polymer and steel pipe by special process composite steel pipe, it not only retains the strength of steel pipe and traditional connection method, but also through different modifications of plastic materials, give full play to the plastic material corrosion resistance, anti-aging, high wear resistance, rust free, non-toxic, the inner wall smooth and other characteristics.
